Terms and Conditions for i Tax GST Filing

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website, services, and digital platforms of i Tax GST Filing. By accessing or using the services, the client agrees to be bound by these terms. If the client does not agree, they should discontinue the use of the services.


Introduction

i Tax GST Filing provides professional assistance for statutory compliance, accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and regulatory filings in India. Services include preparation, filing, and advisory support but do not include legal opinions, audit certifications, or government approvals. Final acceptance and approval of submissions remain the responsibility of the concerned statutory authorities.


Scope of Services

i Tax GST Filing provides support in the following areas:

Accounting and Bookkeeping including maintenance of financial records, ledgers, reconciliations, payroll summaries, and reporting
Tax and Compliance including GST, income tax, TDS and TCS, MCA filings, EPFO and ESIC, Shops and Establishment, FSSAI, Import Export Code, and RBI FEMA submissions
Registrations and Licensing including company and LLP incorporation, PAN, GST, Import Export Code, and other statutory registrations
Other Statutory Services including annual returns, compliance filings, notices, and regulatory submissions as required under Indian law


Client Obligations

Clients are required to provide accurate, complete, and authentic information and documents. Clients must maintain updated contact details and credentials for all statutory portals. Drafts, reports, and filings shared for review must be verified by the client, and approval will be treated as final confirmation. Clients must ensure they have legal authority to provide third party information when required.


Professional Fees and Payments

Service fees are charged as per the agreed proposal or invoice. Payments must be completed before any filing or processing is initiated. Government fees, taxes, stamp duty, penalties, courier charges, notary fees, and third party costs are payable by the client.


Refunds and Cancellations

Fees for services that have been initiated or processed are not refundable. Refunds or service credits may be provided only if the failure to deliver was solely due to an error on the part of i Tax GST Filing. Government and third party charges are non refundable.


Use of Platform and Acceptable Conduct

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and activities performed using their accounts. Unauthorized access, data scraping, automated use, reverse engineering, or any action that interferes with the platform’s operations is not permitted.


Third Party Dependencies

i Tax GST Filing may rely on government portals, APIs, payment gateways, cloud platforms, and regulatory systems. Delays, rejections, downtime, or errors caused by third party platforms are beyond the control of i Tax GST Filing and do not create liability.


Intellectual Property

All software, templates, content, and tools provided remain the intellectual property of i Tax GST Filing. Clients receive a limited and non transferable license to use deliverables only for their statutory and internal business purposes.


Confidentiality

Both parties must safeguard confidential information using reasonable care. Information may be disclosed only when required by law or with written consent.


Privacy and Data Protection

Client data is processed in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws and international privacy standards. Information is used only for service delivery, compliance, security, and communication for which consent has been provided.


Limitation of Liability

The total liability of i Tax GST Filing is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific engagement. The firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, government delays, portal issues, or regulatory changes.


Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify i Tax GST Filing against losses arising from breach of these terms, inaccurate information, misuse of the platform, or violation of law or third party rights.


Force Majeure

i Tax GST Filing is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or portal downtime.


Termination

Access to services may be suspended or terminated for violations, non compliance, or security concerns. Provisions related to confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, and data protection remain valid after termination.
